Bugelbeh for nourishing yourself and your bub with community love and care.
After birth, mums and families need community support; nourishing food, emotional and cultural support and rest for healing.
This sacred time after birth has always been tended to with care from community and Country - and the way a mum is supported during this time is crucial for the ongoing health of the mother, baby, family and whole community.
Our Postpartum Care program includes our 6 week postpartum meal service and our Indigenous Postpartum Care workshops.
We’ve collaborated with Widjabul Wia-bal chef Mindy Foods, to include healing native foods in our postpartum meals, turning classic home-cooked meals into medicinal and cultural food for the postpartum period.
